Looking for a fun, free, and inclusive Thursday night activity in North Little Rock? The North Little Rock Public Library System is excited to host Community Nights every fourth Thursday of the month at all branches: Laman Library, Argenta Library, and the Rover Mobile Library. Formerly known as Family Night, these events are designed for everyone in the community including singles, families, children, and teens. Enjoy hands-on activities, arts and crafts, STEAM projects, educational fun, and social connection in a welcoming environment.

January’s Theme: Cozy Night

This January, we invite you to Cozy Night, a celebration of warmth, comfort, and community. Join us for crafting, snacks, movies, and family-friendly activities designed for all ages. Here is what is happening at each branch:

• Plushie Swap – Argenta Community Night
  Thursday, January 22 | 4 PM - 5 PM | Argenta Library
  Bring your extra stuffed animals and swap them for a new cuddly friend. This free community event is perfect for children, teens, and adults looking for a fun and cozy activity.

• Rover Neighborhood Stop – Pulaski Tech
  Thursday, January 22 | 4 PM - 6 PM | Rover Mobile Library
  Cozy Night comes to Pulaski Tech with a variety of arts and crafts, wellness activities, and educational programs. This event is great for anyone in the community looking for hands-on fun and social engagement.

• Cozy Family Night – Argenta Library
  Thursday, January 22 | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
  Ages 0–12 are invited to enjoy smores, hot chocolate, and winter-themed crafts. This event encourages family bonding, creative play, and festive fun in a welcoming space.

• Fiber Arts and Film – Laman Community Night
  Thursday, January 22 | 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM | Laman Library 
  Bring your knitting or crochet projects and enjoy a cozy movie night featuring Paddington. There will be kid-friendly fiber crafts, snacks, and a chance to connect with fellow crafters of all ages.
