Book-a-Librarian - Laman Makerspace!

Did you know that the Laman Library has a makerspace full of equipment you can use at the library? Our staff is excited to give you a demonstration so you can get started on your next great project!

We are happy to provide access to our equipment to the public; however, materials, including cloth, thread, vinyl, and more, are not provided. Please bring materials with you for your appointment so we help you with your projects!

This service is for everyone looking to gain new skills and proficiency with our equipment. These are hands-on, instructional sessions with skilled staff members. We do not provide services like alteration or production.
