Library cards for the North Little Rock Public Library System (NLRPLS) are FREE! And they're not limited to North Little Rock residents. If you live, work, attend school, or visit North Little Rock regularly, sign up for a card today to access our two brick-and-mortar library branches, our tech hub, our makerspaces, Rover (our mobile library), and dozens of downloadable resources!
